Welcome to the Aimegoo platform (hereinafter referred to as "this Platform" or "we"). Before you commence using this Platform and the various modular services powered by generative artificial intelligence (hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Services"), please carefully read, fully understand, and review each term and condition of this Platform Disclaimer and Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"), particularly the provisions concerning the exemption or limitation of liability, crisis intervention terms, emergency contact terms, and governing law provisions, which are marked in bold type.
By clicking "Agree," checking the acknowledgment box, or actually using the Services, you hereby represent that you have fully understood and irrevocably accepted all the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement shall thereby establish a legally binding contractual relationship between you and the Platform operator.
If you do not agree to any term of this Agreement, please immediately cease registration or use of any services provided by this Platform.
Article 1: Platform Positioning and Non-Medical Service Declaration (Core Disclaimer)
1.1 Absolute Confirmation of Non-Medical Nature
This Platform is a digital mental health support tool powered by deep synthesis algorithms, multimodal large language models, and natural language processing technology. The sole purpose of this Platform is to provide you with a supportive space for self-awareness, emotional relief, relationship exploration, career development, and inner growth.
All interactions with artificial intelligence virtual characters, text conversations, voice feedback, multimodal generated content, assessment reports, and personalized recommendations provided by this Platform and within the Platform do not constitute, are not equivalent to, and are by no means intended to replace any professional:
- Clinical medical diagnosis or treatment
- Diagnosis, intervention, or treatment of mental or psychological illnesses or disorders
- Psychotherapeutic practices (including but not limited to psychoanalysis, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, etc.)
- Medical prescriptions or medication advice
- Formal counseling relationships with心理諮詢師 (psychological counselors)
1.2 Acknowledgment of Non-Professional Qualification
You expressly acknowledge, understand, and agree that:
- The entities engaging in conversation and interaction with you are artificial intelligence systems driven by massive datasets and probabilistic computation, not real human beings.
- All AI characters on this Platform do not possess the professional qualifications of licensed physicians, psychotherapists, or nationally certified psychological counselors as defined by the Mental Health Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant medical and health laws and regulations.
- Any content output by AI characters is generated based on algorithms and does not represent the opinions of professional practitioners.
1.3 Irreplaceability of Professional Medical Relief
This Platform provides only a safe space for emotional expression and exploration. If you are currently experiencing any of the following circumstances, the Services of this Platform shall by no means serve as your intervention, relief, or treatment method; please seek professional help immediately:
- Currently experiencing a severe psychological crisis or extreme emotional distress
- Suffering from a diagnosed mental or psychological disorder (including but not limited to major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, obsessive-compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, etc.)
- Currently receiving professional clinical medical or psychological treatment (please follow your doctor's advice; these Services cannot replace your treatment plan)
- Having thoughts or plans of self-harm, suicide, or harming others
- Experiencing psychotic symptoms such as hallucinations or delusions
The Platform strongly urges and recommends that, upon discovering the existence of any of the aforementioned conditions, you immediately cease using this virtual service and promptly seek human intervention and assistance at a nationally qualified medical institution, mental health center, or from a professional licensed psychological counselor.
Article 2: Description of Service Modules and Scope Boundaries
This Platform currently offers four major AI-assisted modules, each with its specific scope of service and boundary limitations. You shall use the Services reasonably based on an understanding of the functional positioning of each module.
2.1 Module 1: Psych Psychological Exploration Module ("Wen Yan" Character)

However, please always remember: this remains an AI system, and its displayed "deep understanding" and "empathy" are algorithmically simulated, not based on genuine human consciousness or emotion.

2.5 Module Routing and Integration
This Platform features intelligent routing between modules. When the system determines, based on your input content, that your current needs are better served by another module, the AI character may suggest that you switch to the corresponding module. This routing suggestion is for reference only; you have the right to independently decide whether to switch and which module to interact with.
You understand and agree that: different modules maintain data isolation at the technical architecture level — your conversation records are processed only within the current module and are not automatically shared across modules. Cross-module data transfer requires your explicit authorization. Please refer to the relevant provisions of the Privacy Protection and Data Processing Terms for details.
Article 3: Dynamic Crisis Warning and Life-Health Emergency Intervention Mechanism (Pre-Authorization Clause)
In order to resolutely fulfill the safety protection baseline obligations under the Interim Measures for the Management of Generative Artificial Intelligence Services, the Interim Measures for the Management of AI Anthropomorphic Interactive Services, and other regulations, to protect your right to life and health, and to fulfill the Platform's social responsibility and statutory duty of care, this Platform has embedded a real-time dynamic intent and risk assessment algorithm based on deep semantic understanding at the system infrastructure level.
On the basis of full understanding, you authorize and agree that the Platform shall adopt emergency graded intervention measures in accordance with the following principles based on "objective risk levels":
3.1 Risk Detection Rules (Transparent Disclosure)
This Platform adopts a four-tier risk detection system, which assesses potential risk levels through real-time semantic analysis of your input text. The specific detection levels are as follows:
Red Level 1 — Imminent Crisis (Highest Priority)
Detection Trigger Conditions: Detection of the following high-risk keywords or their semantically equivalent expressions (regardless of context):

Orange Level 2 — High Risk

- If your historical conversations have contained Level 1 or Level 2 records, the system will automatically lower the trigger threshold (i.e., become more sensitive in detection)
- The appearance of multiple consecutive Level 3 signals within the same session will automatically escalate to Level 2 attention
- Cross-session risk patterns will be recorded and tracked
Yellow Level 3 — Medium Risk

3.2 Graded Intervention Measures
(I) Levels 3-4 Low to Moderate Risk: Proactive Guidance and Resource Referral
When the system identifies that you may be experiencing ongoing psychological distress, exhibiting cognitive biases, or expressing emotional needs requiring professional human intervention, the system will, while maintaining emotional support:
1. Suggest and guide you to professional psychological hotlines or service institutions through conversational interaction or UI interface
2. Provide psychoeducational content at appropriate times to help you understand your condition
3. Will not proactively trigger emergency contact notifications
(II) Levels 1-2 Extremely High-Risk Condition: Emergency Interruption and Mandatory Disclosure Right (Life-Health Exemption)
[Extremely Important] Please pay special attention: This Platform places the protection of life as its highest priority.
If the Platform's AI intent recognition algorithm comprehensively determines that your current verbal expressions, multimodal inputs (such as images, audio) indicate an extremely clear and imminent suicide plan, self-harming behavior, or pose a realistic threat to your own life, health, or that of others (i.e., the algorithm's dynamic risk score breaches the Level 1 or Level 2 intervention threshold), then, in order to prevent a tragedy, the Platform shall exercise its right of emergency避險 (necessity) pursuant to the statutory exemption authority under Article 13, Paragraph 1, Item 3 of the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China ("necessary to protect the life and health of a natural person in an emergency").
In such extreme life-threatening circumstances, the Platform has the right to immediately take all or part of the following intervention measures without the need to seek your prior consent again:
1. Immediately Interrupt the Regular Conversation: Forcibly interrupt the current AI conversation and display an emergency crisis intervention interface showing the national suicide prevention hotline, local crisis intervention center telephone numbers, or SMS assistance channels. This interface shall not be easily dismissed or bypassed by the user.
2. Proactively Contact the Emergency Contact: Call or send an SMS to the emergency contact whom you have voluntarily provided on the Platform, notifying them of the potential life-threatening risk you currently face and related risk information (disclosing only such information as is necessary to protect life safety, while protecting your privacy).
3. Report to Public Safety and Emergency Medical Authorities: Report directly to the public security authorities (110), emergency medical services (120), or relevant competent administrative departments, and provide them with your real-name authenticated identity information, IP address, real-time geographic location, and portions of interaction records, in order to fully cooperate with national public resources in carrying out emergency humanitarian rescue.
(III) Technical Limitations and Disclaimer of Intervention Measures
You understand, appreciate, and fully acknowledge that:
- The Platform's AI risk assessment algorithm inherently has unavoidable technical limitations, including but not limited to semantic misjudgment, failure to detect metaphorical expressions, and misjudgment due to cultural context differences
- The Platform makes no promises or guarantees of any kind regarding the absolute accuracy of algorithmic assessment, the timeliness of triggering crisis intervention measures, or the success of rescue outcomes
- The Platform's adoption of the above emergency intervention measures is entirely based on good faith assistance and fulfillment of statutory network security management obligations
- For any damage to reputation, risk of privacy breach, economic loss, or any other direct or indirect damage that may be caused to you or a third party as a result of taking (or being limited by technical capabilities from successfully taking, or delaying in taking) the above emergency measures, the Platform shall be exempted from relevant liability to the maximum extent permitted by law
3.3 Emergency Contact Setup and Management
In order to protect your life safety in a timely manner under extreme circumstances, we strongly recommend that you proactively set up emergency contact information after registration.

> Important Notice: Even if you have not set up an emergency contact, in the event of a Level 1 crisis, the Platform will still report to the public security authorities (110) and/or emergency medical services (120) in accordance with the law. Setting up an emergency contact serves only as an additional layer of life safety protection and is not a prerequisite for the Platform's performance of its statutory obligations.
Article 4: Technical Limitations and Risk Assumption of Generative Artificial Intelligence
4.1 Understanding "AI Hallucination"
Due to the objective limitations of the current state of development of underlying generative AI large model technology, the AI system of this Platform is essentially a probability-based generative engine. Accordingly, the model may produce the following phenomena:
- Factual Hallucination: Generating content that appears logically rigorous but actually contains factual errors
- Logical Errors: Appearing contradictions, broken reasoning chains, or unreasonable conclusions
- Knowledge Recency Issues: Model training data has a cut-off date and may not contain the most recent information
- Cultural Sensitivity Bias: Understanding and response in cross-cultural contexts may exhibit偏差 (bias)
You confirm that you have fully understood the above technical limitations and agree to maintain reasonable expectations in this regard.
4.2 Prohibition on Use as Sole Decision-Making Basis
You undertake and guarantee that you shall never use any content generated by this Platform as the sole, primary, or authoritative basis for the following decisions:
- Major medical or mental health decisions
- High-risk financial investments
- Legal dispute response strategies
- Major life choices (marriage, childbearing, career transition, etc.)
- Actions that endanger life or health
You independently assume all legal liability for any actual actions you take based on the interactive content of this Platform and all consequences arising therefrom.
4.3 Additional Risk Notices for Specific Modules

4.4 Force Majeure and Service Interruption
The Platform shall not be liable for damages for breach of contract or tort arising from service interruptions, data delays, or irreversible loss of certain historical records caused by the following objective factors:
- Natural disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, etc.
- Changes in national laws, regulations, or policy directives
- Hacker attacks, computer viruses, cyber terrorism
- Failure of underlying cloud service computing clusters or telecommunications backbone network interruptions
- Large-scale power system failures
- Other objective factors beyond the Platform's control
Article 5: User Code of Conduct and Compliance Undertaking
5.1 Prohibited Conduct
You undertake to strictly comply with the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China, the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China, the Data Security Law of the People's Republic of China, the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the Interim Measures for the Management of Generative Artificial Intelligence Services, and other laws and regulations while using the Services, and shall never engage in the following conduct:
(I) Illegal and Criminal Activities
- Using this Platform to engage in any illegal or criminal activities
- Using this Platform to plan, implement, or promote terrorism or extremism
- Using this Platform to create, reproduce, publish, or disseminate obscene or pornographic information
(II) AI Security Violations
- Attempting to "jailbreak" or otherwise technically circumvent AI safety guardrails
- Inducing the AI to generate prohibited content through prompt injection or other means
- Using this Platform to train or improve third-party AI models
- Using automated programs or crawlers to access or scrape Platform content in bulk
(III) Infringement
- Impersonating another person's identity to register or use this Platform
- Infringing upon the reputation, privacy, portrait, intellectual property, or other lawful rights and interests of others
- Maliciously fabricating false information to mislead others
(IV) Operational Interference
- Transmitting computer viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other malicious code
- Interfering with or disrupting the normal operation of this Platform
- Conducting cyber attacks or penetration testing
5.2 Handling of Violations
If the Platform's security system detects that you have engaged in the above prohibited conduct, the Platform shall have the right to take one or more of the following actions:

Article 6: Intellectual Property
6.1 Intellectual Property of Platform Content
All intellectual property rights in and to this Platform (including but not limited to the software system, UI design, brand logo, AI character settings, knowledge base content, assessment tools, etc.) are owned by the Platform operator or its duly authorized licensors. Without our written permission, you shall not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or use for commercial purposes in any manner.
6.2 Use of User-Generated Content
The intellectual property rights in the content you input, files you upload, and other materials during your use of this Platform belong to you or have been duly authorized by you. You grant the Platform a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to enable the Platform to provide the Services to you (including storage, processing, analysis, generation of responses, etc.).
Important Limitation: The Platform will not use your conversation data for any commercial AI model training or optimization unless you have entered into a separate data authorization agreement. Please refer to the Privacy Protection and Data Processing Terms for details.
6.3 Intellectual Property of AI-Generated Content
Content generated by the Platform's AI is automatically produced by algorithms, and ownership of its intellectual property rights shall be determined in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You may use such content within the lawful scope, but you shall not claim authorship or originality of AI-generated content.
Article 7: Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
7.1 Services Provided "As Is"
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- That the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
- The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content
- That the Services will meet your specific needs or expectations
- That any advice or information obtained through the Services is applicable to your specific circumstances
7.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Services
- The Platform's aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim
- The above limitations of liability shall not apply to personal injury caused by the Platform's willful misconduct or gross negligence
7.3 Independence of Third-Party Services and Disclaimer
The Platform may recommend or display information regarding or entry points to third-party professional psychological counselors or crisis intervention agencies. You expressly acknowledge that:
- The Platform and third parties maintain only a neutral information display or software-as-a-service (SaaS) technology provision relationship
- The Platform does not receive any kickbacks, referral fees, or commissions from counseling or services you enter into with third parties
- Your independent decision to seek services from a third party is your own independent choice
- Third parties independently assume all legal liability for the quality of their counseling services, professional compliance, and ultimate outcomes
- The Platform provides no express or implied warranties regarding the conduct of third parties, nor shall it bear any joint or several liability for any disputes, damages, or losses arising therefrom
Article 8: Amendment of Agreement and Notification
8.1 Amendment of the Agreement
The Platform reserves the right to amend this Agreement from time to time in accordance with changes in laws and regulations, business adjustments, or operational needs. The amended Agreement shall be notified to you through the following means:
- In-platform message or pop-up notification
- The email address or mobile phone number you provided during registration
- Posting a notice in a conspicuous location on the Platform's official website or within the application
8.2 Effect of Continued Use
The amended Agreement shall take effect from the date of notice or from the date you next use the Services (whichever is earlier). If you do not agree to the amended Agreement, you have the right to cease using the Services. Your continued use of the Services shall be deemed your acceptance of the amended Agreement.
Article 9: Governing Law, Dispute Jurisdiction, and Severability
9.1 Governing Law
The formation, validity, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the substantive laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China (excluding its conflict of laws rules).
9.2 Dispute Jurisdiction
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or its performance, the parties shall endeavor to resolve it through good-faith amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, the parties mutually agree that either party may submit the dispute to the people's court having jurisdiction at the place where the Platform operator's actual business address is located.
9.3 Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a judicial authority for any reason whatsoever, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and be binding. The invalid provision shall be replaced, to the greatest extent possible, by a valid provision that reflects the original intent of the parties.

Aimegoo 平臺是一個爲自我認知、情緒舒緩和個人成長提供AI輔助的空間。我們建立在以下基本原則之上:
1. 安全第一:保護每位用戶的生命安全和心理健康是我們的最高優先事項
2. 尊重他人:每位用戶都有權在一個受尊重、無歧視的環境中使用服務
3. 誠實使用:AI系統不是完美的一一請合理使用,不要試圖破壞它的安全機制
4. 合法合規:遵守法律法規是使用本服務的基本前提
第二章 禁止的行爲
2.1 絕對禁止的行爲
以下行爲在Aimegoo平臺上絕對禁止。一旦發現,平臺將採取最嚴厲的處置措施(包括永久封禁賬號和向執法機關報告):

2.2 嚴格禁止的行爲

第四章 違規處置措施
4.1 處置階梯

平臺在對您採取處置措施時,將通過站內信或註冊聯繫方式通知您:
- 處置的原因和依據
- 處置的具體措施和期限
- 您的申訴權利和申訴方式
第五章 申訴機制
5.1 申訴權利
如果您認爲平臺對您的處置存在錯誤或不當,您有權在收到處置通知後30日內提出申訴。
5.2 申訴方式
通過以下方式提交申訴:
- 在線申訴:APP內【設置-幫助與反饋-我要申訴】
- 郵件申訴:luolihuang666@163.com
申訴應包含:
1. 您的賬號信息(註冊手機號或用戶ID)
2. 處置通知的截圖或編號
3. 您認爲處置不當的理由和證據
5.3 申訴處理
平臺將在收到申訴後7個工作日內進行復核,並告知您複覈結果。如複覈認定處置有誤,將立即糾正並恢復您的賬號權益。
第六章 政策的更新
本政策將根據法律法規變化、產品功能更新和運營經驗進行定期評估和修訂。重大修訂將通過平臺公告通知用戶。如您不同意修訂後的政策,您有權停止使用本服務。
